Bee Well Smudge Kit
The Bee Well Smudge Kit is a thoughtfully curated collection created to support moments of grounding, reflection, connection, and renewal. Each kit is assembled with intention and respect, honouring the relationship between people, plants, animals, and the natural world.
Smudging is a meaningful practice that has been carried through generations by many Indigenous peoples. These kits are created as an offering for those who wish to approach this practice with mindfulness, respect, and a deeper appreciation for the teachings and traditions connected to these sacred medicines.
Each Bee Well Smudge Kit includes:
A wooden tripod for respectful placement and safe resting of sacred items
An abalone shell to hold sacred medicines and represent connection to the water
An ethically sourced turkey feather, collected in Canada whenever possible, to guide the smoke with intention
A sweetgrass braid to support grounding, connection, and gratitude
Blue sage OR white sage for cleansing, clarity, and renewal
Palo santo to invite peace, positivity, and reflection
Cedar for protection, strength, and ancestral connection
At Bee Well Floral, we believe in honouring the journey of every item we bring into our offerings. Each element within this kit has been thoughtfully sourced from verified suppliers, including Indigenous businesses listed through the Indigenous Services Canada Indigenous Business Directory whenever possible. We strive to support ethical sourcing practices and relationships built on respect, reciprocity, and care.
Whether you are creating a personal wellness practice, honouring a new home, celebrating a loved one, or offering a meaningful gift, the Bee Well Smudge Kit provides a beautiful way to create intentional moments of peace and connection.

Respectful Use
Sacred medicines hold deep cultural, spiritual, and relational significance for many Indigenous peoples. They are connected to teachings, responsibilities, and relationships that extend beyond the items themselves.
We encourage everyone using this kit to approach smudging with respect, take time to learn about the traditions and teachings connected to these practices, and recognize that Indigenous cultures and experiences are diverse.
Bee Well Floral is committed to honouring these traditions through thoughtful sourcing, continued learning, and respectful relationships.
A Note From Whitney
The Bee Well Smudge Kit was created from my own journey of reconnecting with my Indigenous identity, culture, and relationship with the natural world.
As an urban Indigenous person living away from my home community, I understand that finding respectful ways to reconnect can sometimes be challenging. When I began seeking smudging supplies for my own personal practice, I learned more about the importance of approaching Indigenous medicines with respect, understanding, and intention.
This kit was created from a place of care and humility. It is not intended to commercialize sacred medicines, but to offer thoughtfully sourced items for those who wish to approach smudging with mindfulness, gratitude, and respect.
I continue to learn, listen, and grow in my own cultural journey, and I hope these kits support others in creating meaningful moments of reflection, grounding, and connection.
