ABOUT BEE WELL FLORAL
Bee Well Floral is an expression of who I am—an ever-evolving journey of learning, creating, and reconnecting with my culture. My name is Whitney (Whitney di waayu), and I am a proud registered member of Maxlaxaala First Nation on Ts’msyen Territory. In my community, we speak Sm’alygax, meaning “real or true language,” a language that grounds us in our identity, our ancestors, and our way of being. Killerwhale is my crest (Gisbutwada di pdeeg̱u), and its strength, resilience, and presence inspire the way I design, connect, and bring beauty forward through flowers.
Bee Well Floral is a local Indigenous and woman-owned business specializing in fresh flower bouquets, monthly floral subscriptions, and seasonal creations such as pumpkin floral arrangements, Christmas porch pots, centerpieces, and wreaths. Alongside floral design, I offer Indigenous smudge products including abalone shells, smudge sticks, and thoughtfully curated smudge kits—each item ethically sourced and connected to cultural knowledge. Bee Well Floral is a registered business and proudly listed on both the Indigenous Services Canada Indigenous Business Directory and the Shop First Nations website.
Every arrangement, product, and offering is created with intention, respect, and heart—inviting you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of being well.
